I had the deluxe room with a balcony and amazing sea view. Check-in and check-out process was very fast and smooth. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially the staff working in the breakfast area in the morning. Breakfast was excellent as it had a wide variety of food selection. Room dining was good too and open 24 hours. Room Service was excellent and quick too. The room was spacious and clean. The Hotel is very close to the airport and to all the main attractions in Yas Island.

There were a couple of issues with the booking and my stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island. I was unhappy and raised these issues to the Duty Manager, Ms Elisa during check-out. She reacted in such a helpful and constructive manner, that she completely erased my bad memories (which bad memories?) and turned them into a positive experience. I am a manager/CEO myself, and appreciate good management above all. Because of Ms Elisa I am giving my stay a top ranking. Thank you Ms Elisa!

The location, the breakfast, the reception they were friendly and ready to answer any questions. I bought the tickets for the yas parks online, much cheaper and can be used within14 days from the date you will chose, don't buy the fast tracks online unless you are sure from the date you will use them, or they'll expire. They can be used for the specific date you'd choose. (For only one day , then they'll expire) , Fridays in water park for ladies only! And boys from 7 and under.

The staff was super nice, especially bell boy Valery and concierge (forgot his name). The room was spacious. Breakfast buffet was nice. Only one moment was distracting me- lots of kids who were ill with viruses and were coughing and swimming in the pool like that. Beach nearby is was good, less posh that Yas Beach but mostly same kind of sand and shore :D nice hotel for staying with kids.

Great staff, beautiful hotel and the location is great if you are planning to do thing in the Yas Island, such as going to Ferrari World, SeaWorld, Yas Marina and etc. But around 30 minutes far from the city center with a car, so only stay in this hotel if the Yas Islands was the bigger part of your planning, and that was our case. Great breakfast and the pool area is also very cool.
